Description
WillowWarm Briquettes
WillowWarm Briquettes are produced in Ireland using coppiced willow, compressed into compact, dense heat logs measuring 160mm by 750mm.
Willow is a perennial crop known as Short Rotation Coppice (SRC), meaning it regrows after being harvested. Unlike many crops that need to be ploughed, replanted, or reseeded every year, willow has a lifespan of around 36 years. Once planted, it provides a sustainable source of wood fuel without requiring annual cultivation. It is simply re-harvested every two years, making it an eco-friendly option.
Burning characteristics:
WillowWarm Briquettes are ideal for smaller stoves and open fires. Their compact size means no breaking is needed, making it clean, easy to handle, and mess-free. The dense compression ensures excellent burn time, and the logs produce a beautiful flame.
Each briquette delivers up to 1.5 hours of active burn time, with a rounded square shape that prevents rolling in the fire. The briquettes generate great heat with an appealing flame.
Perfect for:
WillowWarm Briquettes are suitable for stoves and open fires, especially those of small to medium size. Their compact size eliminates the need for breaking, reducing mess and handling. They expand by about 30% of their length when burning.
These briquettes contain no additives or chemicals. Made purely from untreated wood sawdust, they are held together solely through compression.

WillowWarm Briquette Packaging:
Willow Warm briquettes are packed in plastic wrapping. Check with your local authority for recycling options.
Though each pack is plastic-wrapped, it is not always fully sealed or waterproof. There may be gaps in the wrapping due to the packing process, designed only to keep the packs together, not to protect them from the elements.
We aim to process all orders within 3-4 working days.
